Job Description The Change and Training manager manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for Moody's global operational effectiveness program. - Experience in financial services sector - Communication / training experience - for conveying the benefits of change, creating awareness, and addressing concerns or resistance (ADKAR model) - Project co-ordination experience including use of JIRA is a plus - Experience in coordinating projects, including the use of tools like JIRA, to manage various aspects of change initiatives. - Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes clear objectives, timelines, and metrics for success - Process experience is a plus- experience in process management can help in streamlining changes and ensuring that they are implemented smoothly - Strong analytical skills to analyze data and feedback, making informed decisions and adjustments during the change process. - Proficient in use of MS tools incl PowerPoint We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
