Job responsibilities and requirements include:

• Responding to telephone and/or internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
• Collecting relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Tracking inquiries, questions, and answers and providing resolution.
• May perform clerical or administrative duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.

Experience: No experience required.

Physical requirements include frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs., frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements, frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors, frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication, frequent keyboard use/data entry, occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping, occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs., and rare climbing.

Required professional licenses and/or certifications: None.

Department: Telephone Operators. Work shift: Evening shift. Scheduled weekly hours: 36.
