    What You'll Do

As the Business Analyst for Environmental Systems , you will support critical environmental and emissions processes by analyzing data, improving business workflows, and helping deliver system enhancements. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn quickly, build relationships, and contribute to meaningful, high-visibility work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with internal customers to support and enhance Environmental applications.
    • Assist with emissions and environmental reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Analyze, design, and improve business processes and data flows.

    • Participate in system configuration, testing, and change management activities.
    • Ensure data integrity across solutions and support end users as needed.
    • Design reports and assist with new features or system modifications.
    • Work closely with technical teams, IS groups, and business units to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
    • Build trust quickly and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

    Who Thrives in This Role

This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals who:

    • Enjoy digging into data and performing calculation-heavy analysis.
    • Are comfortable working with SQL (and are motivated to master PL/SQL).
    • Pay close attention to detail and naturally look for patterns, inconsistencies, or root causes.
    • Are inquisitive, proactive learners who want to grow their technical and analytical skills.
    • Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and business teams.
    • Are self-motivated and energized by problem-solving.

    Required Technical Skills

    • 1 - 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
    • Experience participating in full project lifecycles.
    • Exposure to supporting technology solutions (testing, data integrity analysis, end-user support, documentation).
    • Understanding of relational databases and data concepts.

    Required Functional Skills

    • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business functions and data flows.
    • Skilled at uncovering hidden requirements and translating business needs into clear specifications.
    • Comfortable managing priorities, expectations, and change requests.
    • Able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

    • Bachelors degree with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Technology/Systems, Business, Environmental Science/Sustainability, or Engineering with a solid GPA
