Description
Responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to provide insights that will enhance our credit union's operations, sales, marketing, and employee and member experience. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills/Abilities: Proficiency with business software applications and data analysis tools. Working knowledge of SQL and relational database structures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage projects, collaborate with others, and provide training or support as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Requirements : Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.) Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together. Average, ordinary visual acuity is necessary to prepare or inspect documents and operate machinery. Ability to hear average conversations and receive ordinary information.
Work Environment: No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. (Such as in a typical office.)
