Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist in Irving, TX to serve as a key liaison between our sales team and customers. This role involves managing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with process creation, vendor coordination, and CRM systems is a plus. This position also supports internal teams, steps in for sales or CSR colleagues when needed, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
