We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Land Use and Environmental Law. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of legal professionals, offering comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the legal industry with a strong background in Land Use and Environmental Law.

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to Land Use and Environmental Law.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.

Job Details

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Land Use and Environmental Law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Experience in litigation and transactional work is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in previous legal roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
