Your role

As a Pipefitter Assembler , you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our compressed air & gas treatment, nitrogen & oxygen generation, and processing cooling equipment meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise and dedication are essential in manufacturing products according to detailed specifications and schedules.   • Read mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings.
  • \n
  • Assemble threaded pipe.
  • \n
  • Measure and cut steel pipe.
  • \n
  • Create cut lists per mechanical drawings
  • \n
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
  • \n
  • Maintain manufacturing production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • \n
  • Promote and practice proper safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • \n

  • 1 or more years of manufacturing experience
  • \n
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools
  • \n
  • Ability to read mechanical blue prints and assembly drawings
  • \n
  • Ability to use a measuring tape and perform simple math.
  • \n
  • Ability to Lift 50 lbs.
  • \n
  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage time accordingly.
  • \n
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently.
  • \n
  • Operate a forklift (preferable)
