Assembly Worker (Optical Manufacturing) This is a DIRECT HIRE position, working with a leading optical manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality eyewear and optical components. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Light Assembly Worker to join our team in Henrietta, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of optical components, with a focus on metal frame soldering. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience and proficiency in soldering techniques. Responsibilities:Perform light assembly of optical components according to established procedures and quality standards. Solder metal frames with precision and accuracy. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing experience required. Proven soldering experience is essential, specifically with metal frames preferred. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
