Requirements Medical Direction from Anesthesiologist- please provide last 12 months of case logs when submitting bids if possible. This will help with the reviewing bids. Looking for fulltime AA locums but will consider anyone with a minimum of 3 day/per week availability with long term, ongoing availabilityM-F 7a-5p CST 10 and 12 hour shifts available. Multiple providers, daily.Shifts: 10 and 12 hours, evening and day shifts availableMax hourly rate of $320No daily guarantee hoursLunch is not paidOT per day after their confirmed shiftNo OT per weekNo stipendsNo rate raises for 1 year from awarded bidWhat is the average patient census per day? At our main facility the ADS is 135 (this includes L and D, ENDO, HEARTS, EP, MRI/CT, How many ORs total? MAIN ORS total 17 How many ORs are operating at a time? 17Support staff/MDs on site? 4:1 medical direction model What types of cases will they be responsible for? (Bread and Butter, heads and hearts, OB/ epidural, etc.) This is not a bread and butter facility; complex neuro, spines, ENT, EP, Will any advanced procedures be required: intubations, chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, or vent management? Art lines, intubations, vent management are a must.Will this be for adult only or will there be pediatric cases? Yes, pediatrics is an expectationDoes the site require the provider to have a DEA? No
