Base pay range $25.00/hr - $31.00/hr Job Title: AML Analyst Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE Duration: 6 Months (Conversion to FTE Possible) Description, Responsibilities, Skills & Experience Needed 2-3 years of experience working as an AML Analyst. Independently review, research, and resolve alerts/cases generated by the Transaction Monitoring Case Management System. Make case recommendations to the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) leadership members related to regulatory reporting requirements to support Suspicious Activity Report filings. Support FCC leadership members with the design and development of new TM scenario rules, new investigative standards and practices. Design, test, and implement Transaction Monitoring (TM) systems and investigative support systems, trend reporting and analysis, as well as optimize rules for existing TM scenarios. Perform ongoing analysis of active/retired scenarios and transnational activity for our products/services. Interface with various Operations areas, Clients, and Transfer Agents to solicit information needed to resolve alerts and investigate cases. ACAMS Certification a plus.
