12-month renewable contract in Camden, AR

 

Chipton Ross is seeking experienced Project Engineers for a contract opportunity in Camden, AR.

 

Must have ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Worker will work Onsite Full Time

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Must have ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Knowledgeable of all design and manufacturing aspects of assigned program(s)

Technically capable of assessing non-conformances and making accurate dispositions

Ability to work onsite supporting critical production programs

Previous experience in root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA)

Working knowledge of CAD, GD&T, engineering tools and test equipment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles, DFMEA / PFMEA, and MRL improvements

Excellent decision-making and closure-driving skills

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% Real-time WIP NC prioritization - repair, scrap evaluation, functional coordination

40% Real-time process optimization, yield improvement support - reduce waste and optimize resources

10% Factory-specific technical input for Root Cause and Corrective Action and systemic learning

10% Assist in designing and testing new equipment, processes, and systems

Represent the engineering center of excellence to assess and resolve production non-conformances

Partner with Quality on NC resolution, support Material Review Board (MRB) processes

Support TDP integration, classification of Key Characteristics, AOP, and risk management updates

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience working root cause investigations and non-conformances

Prior experience in project, manufacturing, process, or integration/test engineering

Experience designing and testing new equipment, systems, or processes

Six Sigma Certification preferred

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Accredited Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior Project Engineering experience, or

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of Project Engineering related experience, or

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior Project Engineering experience

 

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time

Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day (4/10 schedule)

Hourly Pay Rate is: $76.47
