Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance to ensure a positive first impression.
- Process admissions and concessions transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support the management and execution of events, helping to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the admissions and concessions areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the facility’s high standards of service.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as scheduled:
- Monday: 7:00am–8:00pm
- Tuesday: 5:30am–8:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am–8:00pm
- Thursday: 5:30am–8:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am–8:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am–5:00pm
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $13.37 per hour .
