This role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate tracking through various mailing systems. Additionally, it includes processing print job requests, operating print center equipment, and preparing materials for distribution. The position requires attention to detail, familiarity with technical print industry terminology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of customer service experience, is required. The role also demands strong organizational skills, basic mechanical abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, with standard work hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
