Role Description

Ciao Studio is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily remote, with a home base in New York, NY, and will require occasional travel for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.

The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client communications, develop and execute strategic PR campaigns, cultivate media relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong media instincts, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling within the luxury lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact
• Develop and implement customized PR strategies and campaigns
• Pitch to and build strong relationships with media across key verticals
• Coordinate press opportunities, media events, and influencer initiatives
• Track and report media coverage, deliverables, and campaign results
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging
• Travel as needed for client events, site visits, and media opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and media relationships
• Solid understanding of media landscape and PR best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering results
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
