Responsibilities

Our formal 10-week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team's success. Interns work alongside some of the best minds in Real Estate, in an innovative, fast-paced environment and are expected to approach tasks and projects with dedication and initiative.

Our internship program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events. We focus on accelerating growth with hands?on professional development and training. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern?led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort.

Related Life is an all?access pass to perks, benefits and programming exclusively for Related Ross commercial office tenants and residents. The intern will play an integral part in the further development, assessment, and marketing of this experiential program.

• Identify potential new partners and opportunities to expand upon existing partnerships in order to offer expanded discounts, access, and other preferential benefits through the program
• Assist in the tracking of partnership details and key contacts in our commercial Salesforce CRM
• Research + present new features and content for the Related 360 Life app
• Research + present thoughtful campaign ideas for employee engagement activations/strategies
• Brainstorm employee engagement ideas that incorporate our tenant retailers + restaurants
• Organize and pull image selects from events within the Related Life photo gallery on Box
• Attend select meetings with the marketing team and wider business (e.g. Customer Experience/project specific meetings)
• Assist in the collection of data and reporting of key program metrics
• Attend Related Life events to assist with execution, as well as to capture tenant feedback
• Join bi?weekly status meetings to discuss programming/creative with internal marketing and creative teams

Qualifications

Related Ross Summer Analyst Program aims to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders. To be considered for the 2026 Related Ross Summer Analyst program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2026 and Spring 2027
• Actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field
• A strong passion for real estate
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job?specific knowledge
• Experience with content creation, social media, digital marketing, consumer campaigns and event planning preferred
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Self?starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
• Related is not offering visa sponsorship for this position
